2019冠状病毒病爱尔兰疫情,介紹在2019新型冠狀病毒疫情中,在爱尔兰發生的情況。

2020年2月29日,爱尔兰卫生部英语Department of Health (Ireland)首席医疗官英语Chief Medical Officer (Ireland)托尼·霍洛汉英语Tony Holohan宣布,2019冠状病毒病疫情经确认已传播进入爱尔兰[1]。3月22日,疫情蔓延至爱尔兰全国26个郡[2]

疫情对爱尔兰的社会造成了很大影响,爱尔兰国庆圣帕特里克节的游行活动被取消[3][4][5][6]爱尔兰总理利奥·瓦拉德卡取消了他前往美国华盛顿的行程,并宣布所有中小学、高等院校以及其他公共设施一律关闭至3月29日[7],后延长到4月19日[8]

为阻止疫情恶化,爱尔兰总统麦克·希金斯签署了一项紧急法案,授予政府强制民众居留在家的权力[9]。8月21日,爱尔兰农业部长达拉·卡利利英语Dara Calleary因参加了一场社交活动违反了防疫规定,在承受广大压力下宣布辞职,并向所有人公开道歉。此前爱尔兰大幅收紧了全国范围的限制,以遏制冠病感染的增加。爱尔兰警方也正在调查涉嫌违反公共卫生法规的事件[10]

2月29日,爱尔兰东部报告确诊一例2019冠状病毒病病例,患者去过北意大利,是一名男性学生[16][17]都柏林北部格拉斯内文英语Glasnevin的一所中学因与疫情有关,被关闭两周[16][18]

2020年3月末,爱尔兰航空开始使用其客机运输爱尔兰从中国购买的个人防护装备

3月3日,第二例确证病例在爱尔兰东部地区出现,是刚从意大利返爱的一名女性[19],该患者并非由第一例患者传染,二者没有关联。

3月4日,爱尔兰西部地区确证4例,为两男两女,曾到意大利北部旅行。[20]
