PTC於1999年成立支援STEM(科學、科技、工程、數學)的全球學術教育計畫。此計畫目的希望企業與學校合作，協助學生培養在製造業、科技業及其他相關領域職場所需的實用技能 [59]。這項計畫也包括直接招募活動，並希望安排學生進入PTC的商業客戶任職。[59]

除了支援STEM，PTC從2008年便成為FIRST(For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology)活動企業贊助商，提供參賽學生使用PTC軟體，競賽項包括FIRST科技挑戰賽、FIRST機器人競賽、FIRST樂高聯盟、FIRST世界冠軍賽等[60]
