美国佛罗里达州奥兰多环球影城的霍格沃茨特快列车是园区游览项目之一， 采用宽轨缆索铁路设计，轨道间距1800毫米，可以载人。铁路线全长676米，往返于冒险岛乐园的霍格莫德车站和佛罗里达环球影城伦敦区内的国王十字车站。这条铁路还原哈利波特系列电影中的场景，连接哈利波特魔法世界主题公园中的对角巷和霍格莫德小镇。

这套铁路系统由Doppelmayr Garaventa索道制造公司承包建造，以电影中的霍格沃茨特快为原型，目前共有两部开往相反方向的列车投入使用，车上分别会播放不同的影像。火车是在两个分开的主题公园之间运行，因此乘客必须同时持有这两个公园的通行门票，经由检票员确认之后才能登上列车。

霍格沃茨特快于2014年7月1日开始对公众开放试运行，并在七天后正式开放，停业扩建后的对角巷也于同日正式开放。列车开放后立刻受到广大游客的欢迎，运行次数在一个月内就达到了一百万次。

建造过程[编辑]

引入霍格沃茨特快的想法最初由环球电影公司创意部门主管马克·伍德伯瑞（Mark Woodbury）提出。[2][4]2010年开放了位于冒险岛乐园的霍格莫德小镇后，环球公司开始考虑如何平衡相邻主题公园之间的游客量。[5]一开始创意部门考虑把对角巷也建在冒险岛乐园中，最终他们商定伦敦和霍格莫德两个景区不应建在彼此可以望见的范围内。因此伍德伯瑞提议把对角巷建在佛罗里达环球影城，然后用某种方式把这两个哈利波特主题的景区连接起来。[2] 当时讨论组提出了不少用来连接两地的交通方式，最后决定采用霍格沃茨特快列车。[1][2]

2011年初，影城对冒险岛乐园的“失落之洲”园区开展了工程测量，同时开始调查游客对于园区扩建的想法，随后就有传言称影城打算扩建哈利波特魔法世界主题公园。[6] 2011年末，影城宣布为了主题乐园的进一步建设，“大白鲨之旅”游乐设施将于2012年1月2日关闭。[7] 近两年半之后，奥兰多及佛罗里达州中部地方电视台报导了一套高架铁轨系统在奥兰多环球影城落成，铁轨连接冒险岛乐园的霍格莫德小镇和佛罗里达环球影城内的一处在建施工区。[4]

2013年5月，奥兰多环球影城正式发布扩建哈利波特魔法世界主题公园的消息，在原大白鲨主题园区的位置新建对角巷和霍格沃茨特快。[8][9][10] 到2013年8月底，6节载客车厢和两部煤水车已准备就绪等待组装。[11] 两辆列车先后于2013年10月24日和12月初完整嵌入轨道中。[12][13] 同年12月2日，奥兰多一家游乐景点杂志的网站称其中一辆火车已开始运行测试。[14]

2014年1月，环球影城在一档直播节目中提前向大家展示了霍格沃茨特快的内部构造。[15][16] 2014年3月中旬，景区进一步公布了列车运行的相关信息，并发布介绍列车整体结构的官方动画。[17] 2014年6月，景区正式宣布扩建后的对角巷以及霍格沃茨特快将于7月8日对公众开放。[18] 一周之后，霍格沃茨在没有任何官方通告的情况下开启试运行，[19][20]并在正式开放一个月之内搭载了约一百万名旅客。[21]这一切是由150人的团队[1]花费近两年半的时间[22]完成。

游客只有在进入其中任意一个主题公园并且出示当日在两个公园都有效的门票后才能乘坐列车。[3] 列车全年365天运行，每天可搭载3万名旅客。[1]

轨道[编辑]

霍格沃茨特快采用的是单轨高架缆索铁路，连接两个主题公园的外景区域，路线中间建有一个可供相对行使的列车互相避让的岔路段（会让站）。[2][23] 轨道全长676米，轨间距为1800毫米，上有一条牵引索和一条反向牵拉索，直径均为46毫米。负责缠绕缆索的发动装置位于国王十字车站游览点，该装置额定功率为215千瓦，最大功率可达636千瓦。[24]

火车结构[编辑]

霍格沃茨特快采用的两部列车每一辆可搭载168名乘客，相当于一次往返总共可运载336名乘客。[25] 每一辆火车由五个铰接的车厢构成：一个蒸汽火车头模型，一节挂在车头后面的煤水车，还有三节载客车厢，每一节车厢包含7个隔间。每个隔间可以容纳8名乘客，隔间内安装的不是普通的车窗而是投影设备。[24][26] 原本每辆火车计划安装两节载客车厢，但旅客意向调查显示，对于乘客们来说霍格沃茨特快并非是连接两个主题公园的交通方式，而是一个独具意义的游览景点，景区方面因此增加了车厢数量。[27] 火车全长70米，车头重量为13吨，煤水车重15吨，每节车厢重量为27吨。由于列车采用的是缆索铁路设计，因此两辆火车同时出发并且同时抵达终点站，行驶速度均为每小时12公里，[24]会在路线中途的岔路段擦肩而过。[28]

由于车头没法朝向国王十字车站，因此两列火车的车头均朝向霍格莫德站，这样一来从霍格莫德出发驶向国王十字车站方向的火车就是倒退进站。[29] 两个车站的站台都位于火车左侧，因此火车只对朝外面向游客的一侧车身进行了设计，另一侧既没有火车头模型上的车轮也没有车身花纹细节。[30][31][32] 火车上超过百分之七十的缆线都是为视觉效果而设计的，为了使火车外观更加逼真。[1]

火车在瑞士的戈尔道（Goldau）制造，列车的外部和内部均由瑞士CWA Construction公司打造，成品尽可能还原哈利波特授权电影中的霍格沃茨特快。[1][22][24] 火车整体材质为铝和玻璃钢，火车头部分以5972 Olton Hall型号为原型建造。新车建好之后采用人工风化侵蚀处理，使其看起来更有年代感。[33][34][35]

Frey AG公司负责为火车铺设电线来运行列车的影像和声音装置，也同时负责安装其他技术设备以便让火车接入电脑控制系统。[24]

每个火车隔间在原本是车窗的位置都安装了曲面屏，[36][37]随着火车行驶方向的不同播放两套不同的影像，影像由英国DNEG特效工作室制作而成。[30][31][38]

火车行驶途中播放的音乐是伦敦交响乐团于2014年3月25日在阿比路录音室（Abbey Road Studios）录制，向北行驶的旅途中所播放的音乐叫做“霍格莫德到伦敦的直通火车”（Connector Train – Hogsmeade to London）。[35]

旅途细节[编辑]

前来主题公园游玩的游客们可以利用霍格沃茨特快在霍格莫德景区和伦敦国王十字车站景区（靠近对角巷）之间往返。游客只要购买了当天内同时在两个园区通行的门票（往返两个园区的一次性、全年通票或季度通票不限），就可选择乘坐任意方向的火车。[3] 列车上会根据两个不同目的地播放两段不同的影像，每段时长约为四分钟。[24][39]

从国王十字车站到霍格莫德[编辑]

国王十字建在前大白鲨主题景区的位置，车站的入口位于主题公园的伦敦区，离对角巷很近，是根据真实的伦敦国王十字火车站进行了1：4的等比例缩小。[10][40][41]乘客在火车站大楼入口处通过检票，然后排队等待进入车站的内部。这时乘客们可以看到头顶的机械翻页式车次显示牌，沿途还有伦敦的站内广告、成堆的手提行李箱以及一家商店售卖英国牌子的食品饮料。从楼梯上去后就可以来到国王十字车站9站台和10站台的标志牌中间，这时排在后面的人可以看到前面的人从通往 9 3⁄4站台的那面墙穿过去，该效果借助“佩珀尔幻象”（Pepper's ghost）技术完成。转过几个弯之后，乘客们就可以抵达 9 3⁄4站台等候下一班火车。霍格沃茨特快倒退进入 9 3⁄4站台且到站的乘客全部下车之后，乘坐下一班次的乘客们登上火车，在3个载客车厢的21个隔间就坐。[29][31]

火车从国王十字车站出发后，隔间内的投影设备就开始播放影像。首先是猫头鹰海德薇在窗外跟随着穿过伦敦市郊的火车一起飞翔，海德薇飞走后，摄魂怪从一片建筑上空出现，同时哈利·波特、罗恩·韦斯莱和赫敏·格兰杰从车厢靠近走廊的那一侧匆匆走过正在寻找食物。紧接着火车驶入一个隧道，从隧道出来后就会路过暴风雨夜中的马尔福庄园。然后火车驶入第二个隧道，这时隔间内的灯会熄灭，一只摄魂怪进入火车从走廊上经过，哈利用魔咒将其击退。出了隧道之后，乘客们可以看到鲁伯·海格骑着他的飞天摩托和大家打招呼，背景是霍格沃茨魔法学校的城堡。火车驶入树林后，飞在天上的福特车进入大家的视线并从林子上空飞过，火车驶出树林后飞车就随即坠毁。这时火车再一次经过霍格沃茨城堡，随后便抵达霍格莫德车站，海格在此处欢迎到站的乘客。[29][31]

到站后乘客们走下火车，从特快列车前面的一个坡道下去，接着再走过一条小路，最后到达霍格莫德小镇。[29][31][42]

从霍格莫德到国王十字车站[编辑]

乘客首先在入口处排队接受检票，然后穿过一片小树林来到霍格莫德车站的大楼内。从楼梯上去后乘客们就来到了站台处，等待霍格沃茨特快上的乘客都下车后就可以登上列车，在21个隔间中就坐。[30]

火车出发后车上的影像开始播放海格在窗外和大家道别的画面，靠近走廊的一侧还会出现哈利、罗恩和赫敏的身影，他们正在寻找空余的车厢。紧接着鹰头马身有翼兽巴克比克在窗外飞过，背景处可以看到霍格沃茨的城堡建筑。不一会儿火车驶入树林，乘客们可以看到马人在窗外奔跑。出了树林之后霍格沃茨城堡又一次映入眼帘，这时韦斯莱双胞胎弗雷德和乔治骑着飞天扫帚出现，一边在空中放出烟花。随后火车驶入隧道，出了隧道后又会经过暴风雨中的马尔福庄园。进入第二个隧道后哈利、罗恩和赫敏再次出现在走廊一侧，一只蜘蛛爬上隔间的门然后被罗恩吃掉，接着三人继续顺走廊往前走。出了隧道后火车驶入伦敦，途中会经过工厂和居民区。紧接骑士公共汽车出现，从建筑物之间挤过，车身在通过桥底下的时候忽然缩小。公共汽车远去后火车就进入了国王十字车站，阿拉斯托·穆迪教授会在那里迎接大家。[30]

来自About.com网站的亚瑟·莱文（Auther Levine）则表达了对环球影城的失望，认为景区并没有努力还原游客进入9 3⁄4站台时的魔法效果。“游客们亲身走进站台本该是个隆重的时刻，而景区的设计却让这些准巫师们感觉自己只是在进入一个黑漆漆的走廊。除了一声‘唰’的音效之外，景区方面并没有试图还原那种粒子瞬移的魔法效果，这是个缺憾。”他还表示虽然火车进入霍格莫德车站的方向是正常，但是倒退着进入国王十字9 3⁄4站台的设计让人十分摸不着头脑。莱文的主要观点是认为环球影城并非单纯把霍格沃茨特快视作一个交通工具，“景区方面意在把它变成魔法世界主题部分不可或缺又吸引人的一个元素，大多数乘客都会想亲身乘坐一番体验完整的哈利波特世界。景区还把它设计成整个环球影城内部的交通工具且需要同时持有两个主题公园道的门票才能乘坐，这无疑会吸引更多游客花更多钱购买门票，同时增加游客的游玩天数，提高园区附属酒店宾馆的入住率，还能全面带动环球影城步行街上餐饮、购物、娱乐服务的经济效益。”[29]

2014年，佛罗里达环球影城的游客量相比前一年的710万人次增长到了830万人次，冒险岛乐园的游客量没有变化。据AECOM经济部门副主席布莱恩·萨恩兹（Brian Sands）称，佛罗里达环球影城游客数增长很可能是由于对角巷扩建，而冒险岛乐园的游客量没有变化原因是“游客们都被新的游乐设施吸引”，霍格沃茨特快可能已经在避免让乐园游客数减少了。[44][45]

事故[编辑]

  • 2016年10月1日，火车行驶途中发生电子烟爆炸事故，导致一名男性乘客和一名14岁女孩被烧伤送往治疗。[46]
  • 2017年8月17日，两辆火车在尚未抵达终点站的途中实施紧急疏散，一些乘客被困在不通风的车厢超过一个小时。[47]一周之后的8月24日相同事故再次发生，环球公司谴责了两起事故中发生的技术故障。[48]
