仆人式领导（英语：Servant leadership）是一种领导理念，由罗伯特·基夫纳·格林利夫（Robert Kiefner Greenleaf）所提出。其中领导者的主要目标是服务。与传统领导不同，在传统领导中的领导者主要关注公司或组织的蓬勃发展；仆人式领导则分享权力，将员工的需求放在首位，并帮助员工尽可能发展和表现[1][2]。
