小熊座Z （Z UMi）是一颗碳星和在星座小熊座的一颗北冕座R型变星。
小熊座Z是在1934年发现的变星[6]。由于它是红色，且变化周期为数百天，因此起初被认为可能是刍藁变星[7]。在1985年发表的一项调查中，发现它是一颗碳星[8]，后来又发现它也缺乏氢[6]。在1992年，它的亮度消退6星等，因此被归类为北冕座R型变星 [9]。在2006年，对其频谱进行分析后，它被确认是北冕座R型变星，并且是已知的此型变星中温度最低的之一[4]。
