营养免疫学(Nutritional immunology)是免疫学的一个分支学科,研究营养对免疫系统以及其保护功能的影响。营养免疫学中有一部分在研究饮食在预防及治疗自体免疫性疾病、慢性病、过敏、癌症(文明病)及感染上的是否有功效[1]。其他和营养免疫学有关的主题有营养不良、吸收不良以及营养相关的代谢疾病,也包括确认其免疫上的产物[2][3][4][5]。
