英格兰足球联赛领队协会年度最佳领队（英语：The League Managers Association Manager of the Year Award，简称LMA Manager of the Year）是由英格兰足球联赛领队协会颁发每年一度的英格兰足球奖项，给予上一球季在英格兰足球联赛任何级别（包括英超）取得成就的领队，奖项由领队同仁投票选出。
