责任中心（英语：responsibility center），是一种企业内部的组织单位，其负责人需为其活动及结果负责[1]。在责任会计（responsibility accounting）中，是由责任中心整理及回报其收入及支出的资讯[2]。
像成本中心及利润中心等都属于是责任中心[3]。
