2010年8月16日，就读盖瑟斯堡高中（英语：Gaithersburg High School）的米勒承诺2011年进入圣十字学院就读[2]。大学四年以来，米勒场均得分分别为2.4分、5.7分、11.6分、14.5分，2015年5月米勒取得哲学学位离开了学校，6月25日在NBA选秀会上未获得任何球队青睐，夏季联赛代表波士顿凯尔特人出赛，8月7日获得波士顿凯尔特人的合同[3][4]，10月20日米勒被波士顿凯尔特人释出[5]。2015-16年球季米勒在波士顿凯尔特人发展联盟球队缅因红爪打球。2016年7月27日，米勒与柏林信天翁（英语：Alba Berlin）签约[6]。

2017年7月9日，米勒与多伦多猛龙签约[7]。7月18日，多伦多猛龙宣布米勒7月5日在夏季联赛练习时扭伤右脚踝，已接受了手术[8]。2017年11月米勒重返球场，2017-18年球季在猛龙905出赛了34场，也在多伦多猛龙上场15场，刚好这15场球队都拿下胜利[9][10]。2017-18年球季结束后米勒原有机会与多伦多猛龙签下复数年合同，却在夏季联赛上遭遇右肩脱臼、肩关节肩盂唇撕裂[9][11]。2019年1月米勒开始替猛龙905出赛，共打了13场比赛[10]。2月11日，多伦多猛龙宣布签下米勒[12]。米勒2018-19年球季披上多伦多猛龙球衣共出赛了10场常规赛以及10场季后赛，6月13日跟随多伦多猛龙夺下NBA总冠军[10]。10月24日，米勒成为多伦多猛龙2019-20年球季第15名球员并填补球员名单最后一席位[13]。

2020年12月18日，犹他爵士宣布签下米勒[14]。12月19日，犹他爵士宣布释出米勒[15]，犹他爵士此举是为了让米勒加入盐湖城明星[16]。2021年8月29日，米勒加盟瓦诺利克莱莫纳（英语：Guerino Vanoli Basket）[17][18]。2022年7月8日，米勒加盟乌马考灰熊（英语：Grises de Humacao）[19]。8月30日，米勒加盟P. LEAGUE+福尔摩沙台新梦想家[20]。米勒总计替梦想家出赛5场，留下场均17.8分、10.6篮板、2助攻、1.8抢断、1.8盖帽的表现[21]。2023年1月19日，米勒加盟利摩日CSP[22]。8月17日，米勒加盟UCC皮亚琴察（英语：Unione Cestistica Casalpusterlengo）[23][24]。
