Voting by sock puppets is prohibited. Even voting by meat puppets（真人傀儡, i.e. friends, classmates, colleagues, etc., who are called in to vote） is discouraged, see Wikipedia:傀儡 for the rules. It's unusual to see that some dormant accounts suddenly wake up to vote on a particular issue. --Mewaqua 2011年5月29日 (日) 18:37 (UTC)
