不小心驾驶
在美国、加拿大（至少在安大略省[1]）、香港、英国和爱尔兰，不小心驾驶[2]（careless driving）是一个专指较轻的交通违法行为的法律术语。该罪行通常可判处罚款或在驾照上签注（endorsement）。
该罪行通常不如胡乱驾驶（wanton driving）、狂乱驾驶（furious driving）或危险驾驶引致他人死亡（causing death by dangerous driving）等罪行严重，但仍比驾驶时使用流动电话更严重。

(Amended 33 of 2000 s. 3) (2) A person drives carelessly within the meaning of this section if on a road he drives a vehicle without due care and attention or without reasonable consideration for other persons using the road. |
英国[编辑]
在英格兰、威尔斯和苏格兰，不小心驾驶（driving without due care and attention）最初由《1988年道路交通法令》第3条（后由《1991年道路交通法令》第2条代替）订定相应处罚。犯下该罪行的驾驶人会被处以3至9个违例驾驶分数[3]，以及最高5,000英镑的罚款。[4]
