欧盟共同安全与国防政策 （英语：Common Security and Defence Policy，简称CSDP），前称欧洲安全与国防政策（英语：European Security and Defence Policy ，简称ESDP），是欧盟共同外交与安全政策的其中一个重要部份，并且是欧盟国防与军事的指引。而ESDP又是北约欧洲安全与防务个体的继承者，但这条约仍然对非北约成员的欧盟成员有效。
事实上，共同安全与国防政策是属于欧盟机构欧洲理事会的管辖范围，而这个理事会是由国家领导级人物所组成的。
共同安全与国防政策的发展一直都跟随著西欧联盟、北约和欧盟这三大组织，而此政策在科索沃战争后得到了迅速发展。
