加勒比颌吻鳗（学名：Gnathophis tritos），是辐鳍鱼纲鳗形目康吉鳗科颌吻鳗属的其中一种[2]，由David G. Smith和Robert H. Kanazawa于1977年描述 [3]，分布于中西大西洋佛罗里达海峡海域，深度458至567公尺，为底栖性鱼类，生活习性不明。
