《模拟市民4：高中岁月》（英语：The Sims 4: High School Years，中国大陆译作“模拟人生4：高中时代”，香港和台湾译作“模拟市民4：高中岁月”）是《模拟市民4》推出的第12部资料片。于2022年7月28日在Microsoft Windows、macOS、PlayStation 4和Xbox One推出。主要增加青少年的高中体验，并能在高中场地控制模拟市民，类似于《来去上班》和《星梦起飞》中包含的工作。添加位于拉苏里湖畔的新世界考柏戴尔（Copperdale）。[1]
