犬牙南极鱼属（Dissostichus）是南极鱼科下的一个属，其下生物体长可达2米，重达200千克，可食用。

该属共有两个种：[1]
- Dissostichus eleginoides Smitt, 1898
- Dissostichus mawsoni Norman, 1937
这两个种常被当做鳕鱼来售卖[2]，1977年一名叫做李·兰茨（Lee Lantz）的鱼商将小鳞犬牙南极鱼当做“Chilean sea bass”（智利海鲈鱼）销售[3][4][5]，1994年美国FDA认可此名称。[5]
