瓦切（Waakye，/ˈwɑːtʃeɪ/ WAH-chay）是一道迦纳料理，源于该国北部，由米饭与高粱叶和黑眼豆或腰豆等豆类煮熟而成，是迦纳普遍的家常料理，也常见于路边摊[2]，在该国十分常见[3]。
