科岛吼猴（Alouatta coibensis）是巴拿马特有的一种吼猴。科岛吼猴一般被认为是独立的物种，原因是它们的手及脚上的皮纹与长毛吼猴的不同[3]，但线粒体DNA测试却不能确实它们是否长毛吼猴的亚种。[4]
