联合饼干（United Biscuits，UB）是一家英国的跨国食品生产商，制造BN Biscuit、McVitie's、Jacob's等数个品牌的饼干。原本该公司在伦敦证券交易所上市，且是富时100指数成份股，但2006年年末因被黑石集团和PAI Partners合伙收购而除牌。
2014年11月13日黑石集团和PAI Partners以32亿英镑出售联合饼干给土耳其Yildiz Holding
2016年6月15日Yildiz Holding将旗下核心饼干、巧克力、糕点品牌包括 歌帝梵巧克力 Chocolatier、联合饼干、Ulker 、DeMet’s Candy Company等，共组全球企业pladis。
历史[编辑]
1948年，McVitie & Price和MacFarlane Lang合并形成联合饼干。[2]
1972年，收购生产无铺料硬饼干的公司Carr's of Carlisle。[3]
1974年至1955年间拥有Keebler Company。[4] 1977年至1989年间拥有快餐连锁店Wimpy Bar。[5] 1988年收购冷冻食品公司罗斯集团。[2]
2000年5月被联合投资者Finalrealm收购。[6]
2001年出售旗下的Young's Bluecrest。[7] 2004年9月以2.4亿英镑的价格买下达能旗下的Jacob's Biscuit的英国产业。[8]
2006年7月将南欧的饼干产业卖给了卡夫食品。[9] 2006年12月被黑石集团和PAI Partners合伙收购。[10][11]
