隐翅缺鳍鲶，为辐鳍鱼纲鲶形目鲶科的其中一种，为热带淡水鱼，分布于亚洲湄公河、湄南河、马来半岛、婆罗洲、苏门答腊淡水流域，体长可达14.6公分，栖息在底中层水域，会进行洄游，以鱼、虾子及昆虫为食，生活习性不明。
