Capan-1 (亦称ATCC HTB-79) 是具有高侵袭性及高分化能力的人类胰腺癌细胞系,最初是分离自一名40岁的白人男性腺癌患者。
特征
[编辑]Capan-1细胞对孕酮受体及雌激素受体α呈现阳性反应[1],并且表达囊肿性纤维化跨膜电导调节因子[2]及分泌胃黏蛋白。CAPAN-1细胞对内毒素和肿瘤坏死因子-α都有浓度依赖性的IL-6和白细胞介素-8产生,白细胞介素-8的低水平表达不受任何浓度的脂多糖所影响。这些发现表明胰管细胞可能通过细胞因子的产生,积极参与着急性胰腺炎的发病机制[3]。在裸鼠体内生长的Capan-1细胞对5-氟尿嘧啶具有抗药性,染色体编号在51至61号之间[4]。
