底丘腦（英文：Subthalamus）是間腦的一部分，位於間腦的最底部。[1][2] 底丘腦與蒼白球（大腦的一個基底核）相連。[3]
結構[編輯]
底丘腦位於丘腦的下部（位於丘腦和中腦之間）、內囊內側、下丘腦外側。底丘腦由數個灰質核及其附屬白質結構組成[1]：
功能[編輯]
底丘腦與端腦（大腦）中的紋狀體、間腦中的背側丘腦、中腦中的紅核及黑質之間有傳出性連接。此外，底丘腦也與紋狀體和黑質之間有傳入性連接。底丘腦有整合軀體運動的功能，如果受損可能造成某些運動障礙。[1][5]
