《抵抗3》（英語：Resistance 3，中國大陸譯作「抵抗3」，香港和臺灣譯作「全面對抗2」）是一款由Insomniac Games開發，索尼電腦娛樂發行的PlayStation 3平台獨占的第一人稱射擊遊戲。本作是抵抗系列第四部遊戲作品，也是主系列三部曲的最後一部[1][2]。《抵抗3》是抵抗系列中首款支持立體3D圖像和PlayStation Move的作品。《抵抗3》的遊戲風格由《抵抗：滅絕人類》和《抵抗2》的軍事科幻轉變成末日恐怖類。

2014年3月28日，索尼關閉了《抵抗：滅絕人類》、《抵抗2》、《抵抗3》的線上服務。[3][4][5]
