沙巴泰·澤維（希伯來語：שַׁבְּתַי צְבִי； 土耳其語：Sabetay Sevi；1626年7月1日—1676年9月17日）[1]，生於伊茲密爾的塞法迪猶太人拉比，羅馬尼奧猶太裔，猶太神秘哲學家，活動於奧斯曼帝國。
他宣稱自己是猶太教等待已久的彌賽亞，開創沙巴泰運動。1666年前往君士坦丁堡被捕入獄後，皈依伊斯蘭教。1676年，死於今屬黑山的烏爾齊尼。
