沙巴泰·泽维（希伯来语：שַׁבְּתַי צְבִי； 土耳其语：Sabetay Sevi；1626年7月1日—1676年9月17日）[1]，生于伊兹密尔的塞法迪犹太人拉比，罗马尼奥犹太裔，犹太神秘哲学家，活动于奥斯曼帝国。
他宣称自己是犹太教等待已久的弥赛亚，开创沙巴泰运动。1666年前往君士坦丁堡被捕入狱后，皈依伊斯兰教。1676年，死于今属黑山的乌尔齐尼。
