《溫柔重擊》（英語：Hit Me Hard and Soft）是美國創作歌手比莉·艾利什的第三張錄音室專輯，2024年5月17日透過Darkroom和新視鏡唱片放出。艾利什在4月8日宣布這張專輯的發行計劃，一場全球巡演《溫柔重擊世界巡迴演唱會（英語：Hit Me Hard and Soft: The Tour）》隨後宣布。
