細菌DNA結合蛋白(英語:Bacterial DNA binding protein)又被稱為組蛋白類似蛋白(英語:histone-like proteins)[1][2],通常為鹼性蛋白質,90個左右氨基酸殘基,與特定DNA位點結合。
