醋熱菌屬（學名：Acetothermus）為擬桿菌目擬桿菌科的一屬厭氧革蘭氏陰性直桿菌。分離於在60℃左右的污物消化液。此屬的模式種也是唯一種為少食醋熱菌(Acetothermus paucivorans)。
