中嗜桿菌屬（學名：Mesophilobacter）為假單胞菌目假單胞菌科的一屬好氧或兼性厭氧發酵型革蘭氏陰性桿菌。多形態的桿菌。此屬的模式種也是唯一種為海中嗜桿菌(Mesophilobacter marinus)。
