勞里·勒夫（英語：Lauri Love，/ˈlaʊri/，1984年12月14日—）是一名曾被指控入侵美國陸軍、導彈防禦局（英語：Missile Defense Agency）和國家航空航天局系統盜竊數據的英國行動主義者。[1][2][3][4] 勒夫的案件在朱利安·阿桑奇的引渡程式中被參照為先例。

早年生活及教育[編輯]

勒夫出身於沙福郡斯特拉迪什爾，[5]具有英國和芬蘭雙重國籍。[6]其父亞歷山大·勒夫曾是監獄牧師。[7]勞里·勒夫從預科學校輟學，在火雞場工作。[8]之後，因其母親是芬蘭籍，他申請了芬蘭護照，並在芬蘭國防軍服役六個月，後來成為良心拒服兵役者，服民役六個月。[8]

勒夫曾申請就讀英格蘭諾定咸大學，在第二個學期因身心不適而退學，後又申請就讀蘇格蘭格拉斯哥大學，在第二學年同樣因健康原因退學。[9][10]勒夫在此期間曾參與學生抗議活動（英語：2011 Hetherington House Occupation）。[11]

勞里·勒夫因被懷疑「入侵美國等地的數千台電腦（包括聯邦部門的電腦網絡）以盜竊大量機密數據」於2013年和2014年在美國新澤西州、紐約和維珍尼亞州分別遭到刑事起訴。[12][3][13]美國曾試圖將其引渡受審。[14][15]勒夫在當地的律師是托·埃科蘭德（英語：Tor Ekeland）。[16][17]

引渡聽證會[編輯]

勞里·勒夫的父親亞歷山大·勒夫於2016年6月28日和29日在西敏裁判法院（英語：Westminster Magistrate's Court）舉行的的引渡聽證會上作證稱，勞里被診斷出亞斯伯格症[6]，因此不應被引渡。[7]心理醫生施蒙·拜仁—科恩（英語：Simon Baron-Cohen）也聲稱，由於勞里在2012年被診斷出精神分裂、佈景主題炎和抑鬱症，所以也不應該被引渡。[18]

勞里·勒夫與父母一起生活。[17][18][19]施蒙·拜仁—科恩稱，勒夫曾告訴他如果自己被引渡就會自殺。[19]而亞歷山大·勒夫則聲明自己的兒子成年且去往芬蘭服役後才被診斷出孤獨症。[19]

勒夫本人在2016年6月29日出庭。[17]法庭懷疑勒夫一家利用媒體的影響力獲得反對引渡的聲音。[20]其中，勒夫得到了勇氣基金會的支援。[17][21]聽證會沒有立即得出結果。[22]

英國國家刑事局（英語：National Crime Agency）在2013年逮捕了勒夫。[1]兩年後的2月，BBC新聞證實勒夫正採取法律措施以要求國家刑事局歸還逮捕他時沒收的電腦。[27]

2016年，西敏裁判法院的妮娜·坦皮亞法官裁決勒夫無需把他的密碼及金鑰告知國家刑事局。[28]

2018年1月，英國小說家弗里德里克·福塞斯（英語：Frederick Forsyth）宣稱將出版以勞里·勒夫和同樣被指控黑客行為且患有亞斯伯格症的蓋里·麥金農（英語：Gary McKinnon）的故事為靈感來源的小說。[29]
