聖雅各堂（St James' Church）是英國利物浦的一座聖公會教堂，位於托克斯泰斯聖雅各坊。該堂建於1774-1775年，在1974年10月1日宣佈廢棄[1]，2010年5月恢復使用[2]。1985年列為II*級登錄建築[3]。
內部的建築風格為喬治式。[4] 該堂有18世紀早期和19世紀早期紀念碑。[4]許多紀念碑涉及到奴隸貿易。
