小密蘇里河（英語：Little Missouri River）是密蘇里河的一條支流，長901公里，位於美國大平原的北部[4]。小密蘇里河發源於懷俄明州的東北部克魯克縣魔鬼塔以西大約24公里[7]，之後流向東北，跨過蒙大拿州東南部的一個角落後進入南達科他州。在南達科塔州，它向北流過荒地進入北達科他州，穿過小密蘇里國家草原和西奧多·羅斯福國家公園。在公園北部，它向東流入密蘇里州鄧恩縣的沙卡卡威亞湖，最終在基爾迪爾注入密蘇里河。[7]
