巨頭麝香龜（英語：Loggerhead musk turtle，學名：Sternotherus minor）是小麝香龜屬下的一種龜，原産於美國。其種加詞「minor」意為「較小的」。

巨頭麝香龜得名自其不尋常的巨大頭部，其成年個體背殼長約8—13厘米（3.1—5.1英寸），其鰓只存在於下頜上。^[2]

包括其指名亞種在內，巨頭麝香龜可辨識的亞種共有2種：
