異檸檬酸脫氫酶 (NAD+)(英語:isocitrate dehydrogenase (NAD+),EC 1.1.1.41 (頁面存檔備份,存於互聯網檔案館))是一種以NAD+或NADP+為受體、作用於供體CH-OH基團上的氧化還原酶。這種酶能催化以下酶促反應:
異檸檬酸脫氫酶 (NAD+)需要二價錳離子(Mn2+)或二價鎂離子(Mg2+)以維持活性。真核細胞中的異檸檬酸脫氫酶 (NAD+)以兩種形式存在:其中一種與NAD+相關聯且僅在線粒體中被發現並可以變構調節;另一種與NADP+還存在於細胞質基質中但不能變構調節。[2] 這兩種酶——異檸檬酸脫氫酶 (NAD+)與異檸檬酸脫氫酶 (NADP+)並不相同,後者不能以草酰琥珀酸作為底物。某些物種的異檸檬酸脫氫酶 (NAD+)也能利用NADP+,但催化的反應速率較慢。[3]
