微軟基線安全分析器(英語：Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer ，簡稱MBSA)是微軟為旗下的作業系統而開發的的安全輔助系統，通過查找電腦系統上未有安裝的安全更新及未達標之設置來檢查系統安全性。該軟件不僅會檢查系統文件，還包括有：Internet Explorer, IIS web server, 及其子產品 Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft Office macro settings等各部件。最新的版本是2.2。

MBSA設置之初其實是用於檢查電腦上是否有安全漏洞。後演變為系統更新工具。
