棲熱糞桿菌屬（學名：Coprothermobacter）為棲熱糞桿菌科的一屬嚴格厭氧革蘭氏陰性桿菌。不產芽孢。此屬的模式種為解蛋白嗜熱糞桿菌(Coprothermobacter proteolyticus)。
