甲烷葉菌屬（學名：Methanolobus）為甲烷八疊球菌目甲烷八疊球菌科的一屬革蘭氏陰性菌。可在缺氧的海水沉積物或湖水沉積物中分離到。此屬的模式種為丁達爾甲烷葉菌(Methanolobus tindarius)。
