《第五輯》[1]（英語：LM5）是英國女子團混合甜心的第五張錄音室專輯，由RCA英國和哥倫比亞唱片發行於2018年11月16日，[2]專輯名、封面和發行日期於2018年10月15日在組合的社交媒體上公佈。[3]專輯分有標準版、豪華版和超豪華版售賣——豪華版和超豪華版中收錄四首加值曲目，超豪華版還內有組合親筆題寫的精裝書。[4]組合表示因為「喜歡（粉絲們）多年來為我們的每個時代命名的方式」，所以將專輯命名為「LM5」。[3]這是基於粉絲們在社交媒體上為即將發佈的未命名專輯宣傳的表達慣例，以藝人名的首字母和專輯序號組成。[5]密紋唱片版於2018年12月7日發行。[6]這是一張流行、節奏藍調[7]、嘻哈[8]和熱帶（英語：Tropical music）風格專輯。[9][10]

主打單曲《Woman Like Me》發行於2018年10月12日。歌曲空降英國單曲排行榜第五位。組合於2018年10月21日在BBC廣播一台的2018年青少年獎中演唱歌曲，但未被播出。[來源請求]音樂錄像於2018年10月25日播出。正式電視首秀是在2018年10月28日播出的的節目《X音素》中。在2018年11月2日，歌曲最高達到英國單曲排行榜第二位。混合甜心和妮姬·米娜在2018年11月4日的MTV歐洲音樂大獎上共同演唱了該曲。
