西蒙·羅伯特·阿米蒂奇，CBE，FRSL（英語：Simon Robert Armitage，1963年5月26日—）[1]是英國詩人、劇作家和小說家，於2019年5月10日被任命為桂冠詩人[2]。他任教於利茲大學。
職業生涯
[編輯]他的第一部詩集名為《人文地理》出版於1988年，現已絕版。 [3] [4]他的第二部詩集《Zoom!！》則於次年出版。 [5]
他曾在利茲大學與艾奧瓦大學教授寫作，並在曼徹斯特都會大學擔任高級講師。他為BBC廣播三台和四台製作了文學、歷史和旅遊的相關節目；自1992年以來，多部由他編寫的電視紀錄片已經上映。2009年至2012年期間，他在倫敦南岸作為藝術家活動，並於 2011 年 2 月成為謝菲爾德大學的詩歌教授。[6] [7] 2017年10月，他被任命為利茲大學首任詩歌教授。 [8] 2019 年，他繼卡羅爾·安·達菲 (Carol Ann Duffy)之後被任命為十年任期的桂冠詩人。
