路德維希·古特曼爵士，CBE，FRS（英語：Sir Ludwig Guttmann，1899年7月3日—1980年5月18日），暱稱為波帕·古特曼，生於德國西利西亞托謝克，神經科醫生。他是一位猶太人，在二次大戰前移民英國，最著名的事蹟是在英格蘭創立了殘疾人奧林匹克運動會，並在1960年的羅馬正式舉行。^[1]^[2]^[3]^[4]^[5]

聯合王國曾授與他OBE與CBE勳章。1966年，英女王伊利沙白二世策封他為騎士。

路德維希·古特曼 (Ludwig Guttmann) 於 1899 年 7 月 3 日出生於托斯特的一個德國猶太人家庭，當時德國控制的上西里西亞地區，現在是波蘭的托澤克。在他三歲時，他的家人搬到了西里西亞城市 Königshütte（今天的波蘭霍茹夫），在那裏他於 1917 年通過了人文文法學校的 Abitur [1] （頁面存檔備份，存於互聯網檔案館）（高中期末考試），然後被徵召入伍。

1961年，古特曼創立了國際截癱醫學會，即現在的國際脊髓學會（ISCoS）；他是該協會的首任主席，一直擔任到 1970 年^[6]。他成為該雜誌的第一任編輯，截癱（現名為脊髓）^[7]。他於 1966 年從臨床工作中退休，但繼續參與體育運動^[7]。 Guttmann 於 1979 年 10 月心臟病發作，並於 1980 年 3 月 18 日去世，享年 80 歲^[8]。
