黑胸霸鶲（學名：Taeniotriccus andrei），是雀形目霸鶲科的一種鳥類，屬於單型的黑胸霸鶲屬（學名：Taeniotriccus）。[2]
黑胸霸鶲體重約9.5克，翼長約57.5毫米，喙寬度約5毫米，喙厚度約4.2毫米，嘴峰長約12.6毫米，跗蹠長約14.3毫米，尾長約44毫米。
黑胸霸鶲是留鳥，棲息在森林，它們是食肉動物，主要以昆蟲、蜘蛛等陸生無脊椎動物為食。[3]
