2017年全英音樂獎（英語：2017 Brit Awards）是第37屆英國唱片業協會年度流行大獎[1]，於2017年2月22日在倫敦O2體育場舉行[1]。本屆首創直播提名揭曉的啟動儀式《全英音樂獎來了》於2017年1月14日舉行，由愛瑪·威利斯主持。去年11月，羅比·威廉斯在倫敦托羅斯劇院獲得全英音樂獎偶像獎。隨後扎哈·哈迪德設計了頒給得獎者的獎盃[2]。
2017年1月13日，YouTube網紅卡斯巴·李宣佈擔任典禮網絡主持人。原計劃擔任主持的米高·布伯雷考慮到兒子正在與肝癌作鬥爭，「決定關注兒子的康復」，於2017年1月18日推掉主持工作。2017年1月31日，愛瑪·威利斯和德莫特·歐萊瑞宣佈借代布伯雷，主持典禮[3]。愛麗絲·利維、克萊拉·阿姆佛和勞拉·積遜（Laura Jackson）則負責主持ITV2的紅地氈和後台節目[4]。
在典禮上，前威猛樂隊樂手安德魯·瑞吉利、海倫·德麥克奎和雪莉·霍里曼共同緬懷了已故的佐治·米高爾[5]。酷玩樂隊主唱克里斯·馬汀在緬懷環節中獻唱[6][7]。
