三尖栝樓（學名：Trichosanthes tricuspidata）為葫蘆科栝樓屬的植物。分佈在斯里蘭卡、印度尼西亞、孟加拉國、印度、中南半島、馬來西亞、泰國、緬甸、尼泊爾以及中國大陸的貴州等地，生長於海拔900米的地區，一般生於山坡灌叢中，目前已由人工引種栽培。
