癢蟎科（學名：Psoroptidae）為真蟎目的一個科。此科的模式屬為癢蟎屬(Psoroptes)。
本科物種為寄生蟎[1]，體長1—2 mm（0.039—0.079英寸），棲息於動物的皮膚表面，而不是挖進裏面去[2]。這些蟎蟲所影響的物種計有：貓、犬、兔、家牛、綿羊及馬，使牠們的皮膚發炎、結痂、長皮屑及毛髮掉落[3]。
