《芬蘭憲法》（芬蘭語：Suomen perustuslaki，瑞典語：Finlands grundlag）是芬蘭共和國國內法律的最高基礎。它定義了政府的基本原理、結構和組織形式，各個不同的憲法性機構之間的關係，以及芬蘭公民的基本權利。最早的芬蘭憲法是芬蘭於1917年宣佈獨立後不久的1919年生效的，而現行的憲法則是在2000年3月1日生效的[1]。
