鍺烷基胂（Germylarsine）是一種無機化合物，化學式為H₃GeAsH₂。

製備[編輯]

該化合物可由鍺烷和砷化氫按等摩爾比放電反應得到，或者由矽烷基胂（silylarsine）和一氯鍺烷（GeH₃Cl）反應得到。^[1]CaGe和Ca₃As₂的混合物在酸性條件下水解，會生成H₃GeAsH₂作為產物之一。^[2]LiAlH₄和AsH₃反應後，再和GeH₃X（X=Cl, Br, I）反應，也能得到GeH₃AsH₂。^[3]

性質[編輯]

該化合物和乙硼烷反應，生成GeH₃PH₂BH₃。和碘反應，生成GeH₃I和砷的氫化物物種。^[1]
