ALC-0315是一種合成脂,為油狀物質。它是BioNTech輝瑞SARS-CoV-2疫苗BNT162b2疫苗賦形劑,為脂質納米顆粒(LNP)的四成分之一,LNP封裝並保護了藥物中脆弱的有效成分mRNA。[2][3]

在體內pH下,ALC-0315帶正電荷,它可以和帶負電荷的mRNA相互作用。[4]這些納米顆粒在體外和體內都可以促進核酸(如寡核苷酸信使RNA)的吸收。[5][6]
