HD 142是一顆距離地球大約84光年的6等恆星[1]，位於鳳凰座中。1984年發現的伴星使它成為一個雙星系統[3]。
行星系[編輯]
2001年，由克里斯·廷尼領導的英澳行星搜索計劃團隊宣佈發現了這顆恆星的一顆太陽系外行星[4]。它的徑向速度有額外的線性變化趨勢，可能是有其他行星或恆星的伴星攝動造成的[5]。
