乳牛肝菌科（学名：Suillaceae）是牛肝菌目的一个科[1]，包含牛肝菌状的乳牛肝菌属、假松露的截轴包菌属、以及单型的裸小牛肝菌属。2008年的统计显示本科有54种物种[2]。本科原本还有两个属Gastrosuillus与Fuscoboletinus，已基于分子种系发生学的研究而被并入乳牛肝菌属中[3][4]。分子证据也显示牛肝菌目中，乳牛肝菌科与须腹菌科、铆钉菇科、截轴包菌科（Truncocolumellacae）等类群的亲缘关系较为接近，有研究将本科与这三科共同归属于乳牛肝菌亚目（Suillineae）[5]。
