五带刺尾鱼（学名：Acanthurus tractus），又称五带刺尾鲷、海洋刺尾鱼，为辐鳍鱼纲鲈形目刺尾鱼亚目刺尾鱼科的其中一个种，古巴动物学家Felipe Poey于1860年首次正式描述了Acanthurus tractus，其模式产地为古巴。原被认为是月尾刺尾鱼(Acanthurus bahianus)的同种异名，直到2011年才恢复其单独物种的地位，分布于西大西洋美国马萨诸塞州至百慕大群岛向南至墨西哥湾与巴西；东大西洋阿森松岛与圣赫勒拿岛、安哥拉外海海域[3]，深度11至45米，本鱼体呈椭圆形且侧扁，头部轮廓陡峭，头部两侧的大眼睛高高在上，口小，吻突出，体色多变化，在沙质基质上呈现浅米色，在岩石上呈现深棕色，侧面有时呈蓝绿色，有几乎看不见的细垂直条纹，蓝色短线从眼睛放射出来，背鳍、臀鳍和尾鳍都有蓝色边缘，胸鳍通常是橙色的，尾柄周围经常有浅色或白色的环[4]，尾柄两侧各有1枚毒棘[5]，背鳍硬棘9枚，背鳍软条23-26枚、臀鳍硬棘3枚、臀鳍软条21-23枚，体长可达38.1公分。本鱼栖息在珊瑚礁区，主要以珊瑚礁及岩石上的藻类为食，白天活动，生活习性不明，可作为食用鱼及观赏鱼。
