俄罗斯海外军事基地

俄罗斯第102军事基地（英语：Russian 102nd Military Base）的官兵于埃里温阅兵。

俄罗斯在海外的军事基地众多，大部分位于原来苏联加盟共和国的领土上。俄国国内俗称这些国家为“近海外”。

苏联设立的预警雷达站在解体后，大多落入各苏联加盟共和国手中。在2020年，只有白俄罗斯的预警雷达站仍被租用给俄罗斯[1][2]。

《生意人报》在2003年发表了俄罗斯海外军事基地的位置图[3]。2018年，俄罗斯至少有20个在海外的大型军事设施[4]。

 哈萨克斯坦 俄罗斯在哈萨克斯坦境内设有萨里·沙根（英语：Sary Shagan）反弹道导弹试验场。[4][13]另外哈萨克斯坦境内的拜科努尔航天发射场租给了俄罗斯，但目前属于民用设施[14][15]。
 吉尔吉斯斯坦 康德空军基地（英语：Kant (air base)）、第338海军通信中心、第954鱼雷试验场和一个地震台站。[4][16]

 德涅斯特河沿岸
(有争议) 		俄罗斯在德涅斯特河沿岸留有一支作战集群，该军队负责防守位于科巴斯纳（英语：Cobasna）的科巴斯纳弹药库（英语：Cobasna ammunition depot）。[17] 约1500人

(有争议) 		在2014年克里米亚危机前，乌克兰把位于克里米亚的塞瓦斯托波尔海军基地租给了俄罗斯[6][4]。2015年7月，俄罗斯总理德米特里·阿纳托利耶维奇·梅德韦杰夫表示，克里米亚已经完全并入俄罗斯[22]，因此塞瓦斯托波尔海军基地已不再是俄罗斯的海外基地。截至2016年，克里米亚境内至少有18个俄罗斯军事设施。[4][23] 约26000人以上
